Psychometrics and diagnostic

We use professional diagnostic tools in order to identify individual and team strengths and areas for development, which we further use for two purposes:

  • To enable clients set specific individual development targets,
  • To design needs-based intercultural programmes.

We use an intercultural management questionnaire, The International Profiler. Besides, we rely on selected general diagnostic and psychometric tools, such as:

  • Integrated Leadership Model
  • Emotional Capability Assessment
  • Persuasive Communication Assessment.

The International Profiler

The TIP is an online questionnaire with a feedback process (available in English, German, Italian, French , Chinese and Polish). It was developed for managers and specialists who work internationally.
It will help you answer the following questions:

  • Which competences do I need for a successful cooperation with my foreign partners?
  • What are my strengths and weaknesses in intercultural cooperation?
  • What can I do in my particular role to have more efficient cooperation with my foreign partners?
  • And also e.g. What are the strengths and weaknesses of our multicultural team and what can we do in order to ease our multicultural team cooperation and cooperation with our foreign partners?
