Experiential learning

Those who have taken part in seminars and briefings are prepared to try and test their new knowledge and skills in practice. Simulations, which are based on experiential learning, work the other way round. First, participants play and try to solve a simulated situation. After the game, they think about which behaviours and decisions influenced the final result. Then, while connecting their experience from the game with reality, they create a new approach to analogous situations in their real work and private lives. They find answers to ‚How can I change my behaviour in practice in order to get the results I need?'

The advantage of simulation games is that participants begin to use a ‚common language' which supports belonging and enables further, unrelated discussions.

Simulations combine fun, teamwork and learning. Therefore, they often become part of international conferences and meetings.

Simulations offer an apt format for the development of intercultural competences and cultural awareness, as well as for acquiring know-how about cultural differences.

We deliver experiential learning programmes in cooperation with TEAM.CZ (www.team.cz).
